What can you do with yourself to achieve what you want?
Take a piece of paper, write down your dreams, leave out the dreams that you will become a millionaire or win a trip to the moon. Such dreams only make you gloomy, because they are so difficult to achieve.
Bet on horse racing or lottery only makes you disappointed. If you win once in your lifetime it may well be just weeks before you die. Forget it!
After you finish with notes of your dreams it’s time to write down your goals.
What is the difference between dreams and goals?
A dream is a dream until the day you make the dream come true. Goals are the fuel that keeps the dream alive.
Without goals, you have no chance of succeeding.
There’s only two ways to stop dreaming, one is dropping the dream, the other is to make the dream come true. The choice is yours!
Some elements of the dream’s reality are:
Lack of money, lack of time, no understanding from others.
Envy of people who do not dare to dream themselves.
All negative “wise men” who paint large barriers and warn the worst. The list goes on.
Where to start?
Let see. How about start with time? Time is not a thing you have, time is something you create. You have 24 hours to work, sleep, eat, get food and other necessities, things we call, “a must”. The remaining time is your time.
To get more time when all the Musts are done, you have to prioritize.
How high priority our dreams will be, is for you to decide.
An hour a day is more than six hours a week, seven hours closer to the dream every week, or is that TV-show more important?
Are you stressed right now, how will you be able to fulfill your plans?
Are you sure that you have to do everything yourself? Somethings can be done by your children or your husband instead.
Is it you, or your surroundings, that have such high expectations of you?
So the first goal on the trip to the dream is to release time.
When you are on holiday, the goal is to relax. You spend some money to make it a successful holiday, don’t you?
I don’t mean you should skip the holiday, just to afford your dream, but it is about distributing money.
Think hard, do you have to have everything that everyone else has? Personally I think it’s pretty boring to be the same as all the others.
The good life is my choice; no one else can decide what is a good life for me.
To live with the dream as a pain is pointless, then it is better to find something else to dream about. Just doing what you have to do to look after others means you have no life of your own.
It’s easy to get caught in a trap from which you later find it difficult to get out.
Often, we go around in circles just because we dare not do otherwise, even if we hate our way of life. To me, life is like music, if you do not like the song, change the CD. Whatever you do, never turn off the music.
Perhaps you have already turned the music off? Be sure to look for a good song immediately so you get back the music in your life, before it’s too late.
Sharing a piece of the good life with other people is a must, at least in my life.

Don’t expect others to do the job for you but asking for help is not wrong.
Ask the experts, they have no reason to be envious or afraid of failure, they have already reached their goal. They will give you advice, advice that is compatible.
When everything went wrong and you’re on the verge of giving all your dreams – do not forget there is always a solution.
What the future will bring, nobody knows. The only thing that you know for sure is what happens today, right now. Therefore my friend take one thing at a time, don’t worry about tomorrow, instead plan carefully. By planning for tomorrow, you’ll know where you stand and avoid a lot of trouble.

Look around you, what is in your immediate surroundings? Take a deep breath and feel it! “ Good Lord happiness is here and now “, not later or far away.It’s here but you can’t see it, you are too busy going around searching for happiness. The happiness that you are constantly running from.
What are you afraid of? Are you afraid of not keeping up with everything before you have a heart attack?
Slow down; it’s not dangerous to sit down and have a think, where am I going?
Some believe that hypnosis or psychotherapy can get busy people to relax and find happiness, while others think it’s humbug. Someone thinks that money can bring happiness to you.
If you have some change left over, you can currently feel a kind of happiness when you buy something extra out of the ordinary. But lasting happiness can not be bought.
As in the example of smoking above, quit smoking usually costs less than one month’s cigarette consumption. You buy in a way, the good fortune to quit smoking.
The same with “Lose weight” and other forms of health programs. Money its self doesn’t make you happy, only what you can do with money. This may be worth considering: If I can’t afford what I want, I would not have it, or try to arrange it in a different way.
The sum of the loads is constant, so they say. For example you quit smoking, the next concern is that your weight increases. Trying to change something in life often means that you have to change other things at the same time. Don’t despair it; will be fine at the end of the day. Do not give up; then you have done everything in vain.
If you never change anything, you’ll never benefit from the good life, that’s a part of the whole thing.
But you should never change things for the sake of change. If you are unhappy with your life then you should change it, not because of someone else’s point of view.
